The story

Robin Chazalon "fell into the wine barrel" at an early age with a father who was a winemaker and lover of great wines, and turned his passion into a profession. After studying at business school in Montpellier, followed by four years working for a major wine retailer, Robin Chazalon decided to strike out on his own and opened the Cave de Chaz in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon. A place for sharing, conviviality and emotion.

Finding great allocations, discovering new nuggets, meeting the winemakers, understanding their philosophy, tasting their work and advising them... That's the aim of the Cave de Chaz every day.
