DUTIES

INSURANCE
Each of our orders is carefully prepared in special packaging for the transport of wine.
Insurance is included in your delivery charges, and covers 100% of the value of your order. It enables you to be reimbursed in full in the event of loss, theft or breakage.
It cannot be deducted from the delivery charge.
IMPORTANT:
Delivery times are respected the vast majority of the time.
However, they may be delayed due to customs clearance, which we cannot control. Delays in delivery do not give rise to claims for damages.
