Couleur, acajou clair. Arôme, équilibré, herbes sèches, épicé. Goût, puissant, bonne structure, épicé, arrière-goût fumé.

Le résultat final est un nez d’érable et de vanille, avec une saveur de caramel et de banane et d’abondantes notes d’épices de boulangerie qui s’accumulent sur la longue finale. Vif en alcool mais équilibré, ce vin semble être une excellente base, mais il gagnerait à vieillir davantage.
